Job Description
Saint Joseph is seeking a Urologist to assist with clinical coverage!
- Clinic and Call coverage. Clinic will be 7a-5p daily Night call 5p-7a.
- Will start with sporadic dates but are ultimately seeking someone who can offer more consistent coverage over time.
- Adults only
- 2-5 ppd
- EMR: EPIC
- General Urology procedures required
- Willing to pay for full travel

Requirement description :
- BC or BE within 5 years of residency - Required
- IN license at the time of submission - Required
- CDS Certification and DEA Registration - Required
- ACLS - Required
- Robotics trained- Highly Preferred - Please note whether the provider has this training at the time of name clear
- 25K Conversion Rate - Required
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Indiana
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
