Job Description
Our Client
Our client a property development company seeks to employ a graduate trainee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning site inspections and coordination of property development activities.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new and ongoing projects.
- Support the business development team in client engagement and sales strategies.
- Learn and apply real estate regulations valuation principles and property management best practices.
- Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation for stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions workshops and mentorship programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Real Estate Urban Planning Architecture Civil Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Basic knowledge of real estate/property development is an advantage.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
