Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Shortlet Manager. The ideal candidate must have above average social skills be able to build client relations with a customer centric approach with background in hospitality real estate property management or marketing.
Job Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of Shortlet operations
- Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and resolve guest issues overall for guest satisfaction.
- Pursue new sales opportunities through digital marketing social media and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing guests.
- Collate the apartments and guests data.
- Prepare and present sales/occupancy report and performance metrics.
Requirements
- HND or in any social discipline only. Candidates with an ND Degree should have a Hospitality or Real Estate degree.
- A minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in the Hospitality or Real Estate Industry.
- Strong communication skills: Written verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A service persona for guest service excellence.
- Strong networking and customer relationship skills
