Job Summary
We are hiring a Digital Sales Expert to lead and execute online user acquisition strategies. This role supports our customer engagement goals by driving platform sign-ups supporting onboarding efforts and optimizing sales performance through digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage digital campaigns across social media websites and mobile platforms.
- Drive lead generation and conversion through CRM tools email marketing and digital outreach.
- Support the user onboarding process with clear and informative content.
- Monitor and report on digital sales KPIs (conversion churn retention).
- Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to shape digital user journeys.
- Identify partnership and growth opportunities through online channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in marketing Business Administration Communications ora related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital sales or digital marketing ideally in fintech SaaS or e-commerce.
- Candidates should be experienced in lead generation managing sales funnels digital Conversions SEO/Social Media Management and digital marketing.
- Candidates need to understand the sales funnel and drive conversion from various digital marketing platforms - and should be vast in CRM Tools.
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and engagement targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of customer behaviour in digital environments.
- Experience with A/B testing SEO and funnel optimization.
