Act as a business partner to department heads advising on organizational structure manpower planning and workforce optimization.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar positions ensuring talent alignment with business needs.
Oversee onboarding induction and probation evaluations.
Ensure labor law compliance (Egyptian Labor Law 2025) across both sectors.
Handle employee grievances investigations and disciplinary actions fairly and efficiently.
Maintain HR records and documentation in line with legal requirements.
Implement performance management systems for labor site staff and administrative employees.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Coordinate with finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Supervise time attendance systems leaves and overtime tracking.
Maintain updated headcounts and manpower reports.
Monitor absenteeism turnover and labor productivity metrics.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
7 years of experience in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in construction catering or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR compliance standards.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g. attendance payroll software).
High level of professionalism and ability to manage diverse employee groups.
