Sphirea Plus is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Dallas TX. In this role you will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of corporate and promotional events that align with our clients brand goals. This position requires a high level of organization creativity and communication skills to ensure seamless event delivery from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics budgeting timelines vendor relations and client communication
Conduct venue research site visits and manage event setup and breakdown
Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategy with brand messaging
Coordinate with external partners and vendors for catering entertainment and supplies
Monitor event progress and manage on-site execution to ensure high-quality delivery
Evaluate event success through feedback collection and post-event reports
Manage event inventory materials and promotional items
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software is a plus
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedule
