Sphirea Plus is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Dallas TX . In this role you will be responsible for the accurate handling storage and movement of goods within our facility. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork and safety.
Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and store incoming shipments
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Perform regular inventory checks and update inventory systems
Follow safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents
Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic math and reading skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse machinery safely
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
