We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Akron OH. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients ensuring that inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone email or internal ticketing systems
Provide accurate information and assistance related to services and processes
Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution
Assist in administrative tasks and project coordination as needed
Identify common customer issues and suggest process improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging interactions professionally
