Job Description
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. In this role you will play a critical part in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients visitors and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Ensure all visitors follow security and safety protocols
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in a front desk customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
