You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo oversee and manage all of the companys digital accounts consistently measuring performance analytics. The Digital Communications Associate will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness extend reach and support overall organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing communications requests.
Identify stakeholder needs and gaps and develop innovative ideas to address them.
Design and implement optimisation strategies to enhance the organisations digital presence and reach across various projects.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and monitor trends and insights to optimise communication performance.
Evaluate communication strategies identify weaknesses and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Plan and execute digital campaigns to build and engage online communities.
Interact with stakeholders via the companys social media platforms identifying trends in audience engagement and behaviour.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaignssuch as conversion targetsand evaluate performance against these metrics.
Produce regular reports to track and assess the organisations digital growth.
Collaborate to develop well-structured content ensuring deadlines and style guidelines are met for both online and print publications.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key account stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and successful execution of strategies aligned with stakeholder needs and organisational objectives.
Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Communications Lead.
