Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Burger Assembler to join our team in Brzesko Poland. In this fast-paced role you will be responsible for preparing and assembling burgers according to our standardized recipes while maintaining high quality and food safety standards.
- Assemble burgers and other menu items according to standard recipes and specifications
- Maintain cleanliness of the work station and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Monitor food quality and ensure proper presentation of all menu items
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order completion
- Stock and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness
- Follow all health and safety protocols
Qualifications :
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for following recipes and portion control
- Strong team player with good communication abilities
- Food Handlers Certificate (can be obtained upon hiring)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food service experience is a plus
- Must be eligible to work in Poland
