Job Description

The opportunity Te Whiwhinga mahi

We are seeking two enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admissions Advisers to join the Admissions team within Academic Services. This vital administrative role supports the Universitys admissions process and ensures the timely and accurate assessment of applications.

In this role you will:

  • Assess domestic and international applications for admission in line with University policy and established criteria.
  • Process associated documentation within agreed timeframes and service standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective students agents and internal stakeholdersprimarily via email and online platforms.
  • Provide information and guidance on course options entry requirements and the admissions process.
  • Make informed decisions aligned with established policies and maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

The roles are full-time 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. The salary range is $62400 - $66800 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
