Position Overview
As part of Sias Internal Technology Office and in close collaboration with the Corporate Development Talent Development and local HR teams you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with a primary focus on Workday. This role is instrumental in ensuring the alignment of our HRIS with organizational goals and the seamless execution of HR processes across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Roadmap Deployment:
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to construct and implement the HRIS roadmap incorporating new HR strategies and improvement needs from global HR teams.
- Configure test and deploy functional enhancements in Workday across various modules including Absence Talent and Learning.
- Support Workday release cycles ensuring updates are integrated smoothly into our existing architecture.
- Data Management:
- Maintain the integrity of HRIS master data executing changes in response to organizational events such as promotions team restructures and company expansions.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and optimize custom reports and dashboards to meet evolving business requirements.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR data deletion security settings) by managing data deletion protocols and security settings within Workday.
- Security and Access Rights:
- Administer and monitor user access rights in alignment with HR policies maintaining system security and confidentiality.
- Issue Resolution:
- Identify document and resolve system bugs liaising with Workday support as necessary to ensure timely solutions.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar HRIS role.
- Proven experience with Workday HRIS as a Business Analyst or Project Manager; candidates without significant Workday experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes; experience in the consulting sector is advantageous.
- Solution-oriented with excellent analytical skills and the ability to tailor solutions to user needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capability to work effectively in an international environment.
- Self-motivated dynamic and adaptable with a keen interest in continuous learning and development..
