This role requires a data-driven strategic and hands-on individual who can work across product operations and market teams to build scalable solutions that improve vendor engagement efficiency and growth. Whats on your plate
- Own and drive the end-to-end vendor operations strategy ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Partner closely with local and regional teams to optimize vendor health efficiency and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local markets to understand regional vendor needs and tailor performance strategies that drive business impact.
- Work with front-end and back-end product teams to ensure a balance between ad revenue vendor experience and operational efficiency.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify underperforming vendors develop rehabilitation plans and implement structured solutions.
- Optimize vendor onboarding retention and engagement strategies ensuring seamless experiences across multiple markets.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in vendor operations vendor onboarding performance management or program management preferably in food delivery e-commerce FMCG or technology.
- Proven expertise in vendor performance management including scaling operations driving efficiency and improving marketplace dynamics.
- Strong product collaboration experience ensuring high adoption of vendor-facing tools and process optimizations.
- Highly analytical mindset Ability to interpret complex data generate actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management & cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence product operations and market teams.
