Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and seat guests in a timely organized manner
Manage reservations phone and email inquiries and walk-in arrivals
Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate seating times
Provide information on menus specials and resort amenities
Coordinate with servers kitchen and villa-delivery teams for smooth flow
Ensure lobby and host station remain clean tidy and welcoming
Handle guest requests special seating arrangements and VIP services
Support front-of-house team during peak service hours
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Skills
Female candidate aged 2030
Fluent in English & Arabic; additional languages (French etc.) a plus
Previous experience as a hostess receptionist or front-of-house role in hospitality
Excellent communication interpersonal and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and polished friendly demeanor
Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Physically able to stand and walk for 11-hour shifts in a warm humid climate
Willingness to live on-site and adapt to resort life
