Job Description
Consultant SAP Automation Testing
We are currently seeking candidate for a consultant position in the SAP Test Automation within our organization. This role offers the opportunity to expand your knowledge of the Overall SAP Test Automation and familiarize yourself with the business processes utilized at Konecranes. Additionally you will have the chance to work on Business SAP and different Test Management processes.
Your key responsibilities:
- Design Develop and maintain automated test cases using Worksoft Certify/CAP in SAP ERP System record the test results.
- Primarily work with development teams and test/automate the features developed by analysing the business process
- Organise and ensure proper regression testing before releases and smoke testing on release weekends
- Critical changes need to be checked in advance of a Release if they are included into Regression testing.
- Analyse test results and identify document and report root causes for test failures by working with the development team and the defect tracking system (JIRA)
- Maintaining and updating test documentation
- Guide the team of automated testing resources and Train the Development team for creating test scripts for their own developments in Test automation system
- It is advantageous to proactively explore your SAP learnings alongside developing Test Automation skills.
- Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action
- Furthermore adherence to operational procedures compliant with audit requirements is imperative
- .Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
Qualifications :
What should you bring
1-2 years of experience in IT industry working in global support or business process monitoring environment.
IT skills:
- Experience in manual and automated testing.
- Must have Knowledge about Worksoft Certify Test Automation tool
- Good understanding of SAP ERP System
- Expertise in Test preparation understanding business requirements reporting bugs
- Basic exposure to web automation
- Good to have experience in CI/CD Jenkins or Bamboo etc.
- Should be comfortable using basic MS-Office tools (Excel Word Outlook etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
General Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential demonstrating both the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within team dynamics as required.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities are crucial.
- Should be flexible to take up any challenge offered based on business need.
- Nice to have experience in interacting with the global team set-up.
- Team player
- English Communication skills Verbal Written
- Willing to work in shifts when necessary
