Expert Offer Category Management Non-Food (m/f/d) - As the Expert in Category Management Non-Food you will be responsible for driving profit-oriented decisions that enhance sales profitability and stock performance of internationally sourced ranges. In close collaboration with the Head of Category Management you will help develop international Common Sourcing ranges primarily under Own Brand aligned with the HoReCa strategy and suitable for all MCC countries.
As the Non-Food expert you will identify local assortments with the potential to be scaled internationally and lead the execution of key milestones for article and range creation. A key part of your role will involve building assortment modules and optimizing the category mix. In addition you will provide administrative support act as a direct contact for country buying organizations and ensure the successful implementation of international Own Brand ranges across all countries.
Your responsibilities:
- Strengthen category expertise while ensuring country-specific insights contribute to the development of international assortments.
- Achieve key targets including Country Category Turnover and International Sourcing Volume.
- Develop communication channels for in sharing best practices across countries and implementing Own Brand ranges across markets.
- Adhere to project timelines and complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Analyze market opportunities and identify potential Own Brand products suitable for all MCC countries.
- Develop international assortments in line with critical path milestones and the established product development process.
Qualifications :
Your profile:
- Educational & Expertise: University degree in Business Administration International Trade or another related subject with at least 2-3 years work experience in Procurement/ Category Management or Assortment Building processes.
- Skills & Experience: Specialized offer management proficiency in FMCG/ Wholesale operations and experienced project management experience.
- Spirit & Mindset: Strong customer and market orientation analytical & strategic skills as well as a problem solving mindset and ability for capacity and analytical thinking.
- Willingness to travel: Trade fairs factory visits country visits.
- Well-versed: Handling of MS Office applications.
- Supervision & Communication Skills: Effective collaboration and communication skills. You are fluent in English (vocal and written) and any additional European language would be an advantage.
