You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThis role is responsible for China & East Asias BCS (Bosch Car Service) network engagement & marketing communication strategy and also its implementation in the China market. Additionally the role is also responsible for internal communication & branding governance to ensure synergy & efficiency among different markets.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop Workshop Network Engagement & Communication Strategy:
Develop strategy of BCS network engagement & communication strategy in China & East Asia markets incl. content frequency channels in order to ensure proper & efficient value proposition communication.

2. Plan & implement online/offline communication & network engagement activities in the China market:
Investigate market trends plan & implement communication activities (mainly online e.g. social media new media PR etc.) but also including offline events to increase high engagement with existing network and increase awareness & conversion with Prospects.
3. Create marketing content material & communication channel management:
Create content materials (e.g. press release social media posts product introduction page KVs short-videos) fitting target audience as Workshop & End-user which aligns with Brand guideline and also consolidate available materials with efficient sharing among countries.
4. Internal Communication Channel:
Responsible for internal communication within CN & CNEA e.g. Newsletter & event.
5. Cross-function collaboration:
Collaborate with sales & product teams to align communication strategy

Qualifications :
1. Min. 3-years working experience in market communication & customer engagement activities area with holistic campaign (onlineoffline) in the retail chain industry related experience preferred;

2. Very familiar with different kinds of social media platforms communication approach and have strong creativity copywriting and project management;
3. Strong can-do attitude with result-orientation mindset and take initiative to drive to solve problems and achieve target;
4. Proficient in MS Office tools (e.g. PPT Excel) basic design & video production skills (e.g. PS) preferred;

5. Fast learning ability and engage in improving business processes by contributing ideas
6. Fluent spoken and written English & Mandarin dealing with multi-country experience preferred;
7. Bachelor degree or above in marketing communication or related fields;
