Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Moncton NB. As a Driver you will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What youre responsible for:
- Safely transporting customers vehicles from point of pick up to the branch
- Maintaining accurate records of towing assignments including vehicle information pick-up and drop-off locations and any special instructions
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing labouring tasks that may including depollution tire dismounting etc
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Providing our customers with excellent customer service!
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- You have a valid class 3 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and CVOR
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar role
- You have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- You are knowledgeable about towing laws regulations and safety procedures
- You are able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
