Job Description

Are you an admin all-rounder with a knack for coordination and communication Join our dedicated Home Care team in our brand new office in downtown Warrnambool and make a real difference every day!

 

What youll do:

  • Answer calls & emails from clients and staff

  • Schedule & roster Support Workers for home care services

  • Match the right staff to the right client every time

  • Keep the roster up to date and gaps filled

  • Support the team with admin tasks and friendly service

What were looking for:

  • Strong admin/customer service background
  • Confident communicator & problem-solver
  • Calm under pressure with great attention to detail
  • Rostering or scheduling experience - a bonus
  • Tech savvy & ready to learn (well train you!)
  • Current or willing to obtain National Police check
