Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead large-scale business and technology transformation programs. In this role you will be at the forefront of delivering complex initiatives that span operations IT and commercial functions. Driving measurable outcomes across multiple business units and delivery channels.
As a Senior SAP Project Manager you will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex SAP and business transformation programs. Youll manage all facets of delivery including technical commercial operational and change management streams to ensure strategic initiatives are completed on time within budget and aligned with customer experience goals.
You will lead and coordinate cross-functional matrixed teams of resources across business IT digital and vendor environments. Your leadership will extend across business units and delivery partners ensuring alignment of goals and progress across all stakeholders.
Working closely with senior business leaders youll provide strategic guidance while leveraging delivery methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Hybrid to best meet the unique needs of each project. Youll track and manage key delivery metrics such as KPIs OKRs and financials using enterprise project management tools such as Jira SAP PPM Pro and IT-Assist.
Youll also play a vital role in mentoring Delivery Managers promoting quality assurance and embedding best practices to elevate the capability and performance of the broader delivery team.
Qualifications :
Proven experience managing capital programs in IT Telecommunications or Financial Services.
Proven ability to lead large complex programs (budgets $5M 5 integrated systems).
Deep expertise in SAP project delivery and enterprise transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Strong understanding of governance commercial management and delivery methodologies.
Experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams (including offshore).
Jira SAP PPM Pro IT-Assist and other enterprise-grade PM tools.
Familiarity with network or cloud transformation programs is advantageous.
