We are currently searching for a Voice and SBC Specialist Engineer:
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Session Border Controller (SBC) technologies (e.g. Oracle Avaya Audiocodes Cisco).
- Administer and maintain telephone exchange systems (e.g. Avaya Cisco).
- Lead SBC service migrations including upgrades and platform transitions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot voice network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize voice communication systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SBC technologies (Oracle Avaya Audiocodes or Cisco).
- 3 years of experience administering telephony systems (Avaya Cisco or similar).
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows Server administration and database management.
- Experience with SBC service migrations (upgrades platform changes).
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI).
Desired:
- Certifications in Avaya Cisco or Audiocodes SBC solutions.
- Experience configuring multi-vendor SBC environments.
- Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP RTP) and network security.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
