We are currently searching for a Job Position:
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage IVR and Telephony infrastructure to ensure high availability performance and compliance with SLAs.
- Develop and maintain IVR applications using Genesys Pure Engage/CX VoiceXML and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user requirements and optimize communication systems.
- Lead IVR service migrations including platform upgrades and transitions.
- Perform capacity planning and database management (SQL MySQL Postgres) for IVR systems.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance for IT services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Genesys IVR platforms (Pure Engage/CX).
- 3 years of programming expertise in C Java VoiceXML and Python.
- Proven experience integrating and managing REST/SOAP APIs.
- Proficiency in database administration (SQL MySQL Postgres).
- Experience leading IVR migrations and upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex systems.
Desired:
- Certifications in Genesys Avaya or Cisco IVR technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud-based IVR solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.

- Hybrid: 3 days in-office 2 days remote.
