Restaurant Manager
Location: Chick-fil-A Southridge Center & MacCorkle Avenue Charleston WV
Starting Pay: Up to $24/hr (Full-Time Open Availability Depending on experience)
Expected Annual Comp: Up to $63250
Were hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead key areas of our high-volume restaurant focusing on team leadership service quality and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure loves problem-solving and brings out the best in their team.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead either the Front or Back of House depending on your strength
- Coach team members and team leads to deliver consistent excellence
- Manage shifts with precisionkeeping service fast clean and organized
- Oversee inventory levels food quality labor performance and team dynamics
- Serve as a key decision-maker during high-pressure rush periods
You Bring:
- 12 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience (BOH or FOH)
- A team-first mindset and strong conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility and availability to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- A hands-on leadership style and the desire to grow into a senior leadership role
