In this role you will:
- As an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional psychiatric (medication management) care to clients of all age demographics.
- You will conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess patients mental health status history and contributing factors through intakes and follow up visits.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrist to manage patient care.
- Youll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those struggling with mental health issues.

- Strong communication and empathy.
- Assess diagnose and devise personalized treatment strategies.
- Prescribe and manage medication regimes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved or accredited PA program. Must provide proof of completion.
- Board Certification (NCCPA): PA-C or board-eligible
- Current State of IL PA License
- Current State of IL Controlled Substance (II III IV V) License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
- Current DEA (II III IV V) Registration/License (or in process upon offer acceptance).
