Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects from estimation to execution in our fast-paced environment in Crystal Lake IL. As a manufacturing project manager/project engineer you will handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that all details including P&IDs schematics and follow-ups are meticulously managed.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

- Proficient in reading mechanical blueprints
- Strong self-starter and go-getter mentality
- Experienced with MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with AutoCAD SolidWorks and E-Drawings is preferred

Responsibilities
- Write quotes estimates and proposals for projects
- Oversee manufacturing job details including engineering purchasing material control quality and installation
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet specifications
- Review project feedback and data to implement improvements
- Facilitate communication between departments and with customers
- Engage with customers prior to manufacturing to confirm requirements are met
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- 5 years of experience preferred
- Experience reading mechanical blueprints is a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Education Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in an engineering discipline is a plus

- Previous experience in manufacturing project management or a related role is required
