Customer Care with a Transport Company (French Language)
Office Location is Av. de Sidnio Pais 93 4250-488 Porto Portugal
Salary is EUR 1000 per month gross with bonuses
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
- Attract potential customers by answering questions suggesting and adding information about all services to meet the customer needs.
- Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
- Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
- Contribute to creating a commitment to our clients brand.
Your qualifications
Were a great match if you:
- Have a high level of French (C1 written and oral)
- Have excellent communication and active listening skills
- Have the ability to identify customers needs and propose fast solutions
- Are proactive self-motivated and a great team player
