DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries for a leading retail client ensuring a professional and customer-focused experience
- Deliver accurate and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools resources and established procedures
- Occasionally promote additional products or services to existing customers based on their needs and interests
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent/Native in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background
- Competence in navigating computer systems and commonly used software applications
- Demonstrates professionalism a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
- Availability to work consistent overnight shifts
