Job Description
We are working closely alongside with Nottingham Community Housing Association to assist with the appointment of a Cleaner on a 1-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 12.21 - 15.75 per Hour
Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and diligent Cleaner to join the Facilities team at NCHAs corporate office sites. The role is essential to maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment supporting staff wellbeing and ensuring high standards of cleanliness are upheld.
Responsibilities:
- Clean designated areas according to agreed work schedules ensuring consistently high standards.
- Maintain stock levels of consumables (e.g. toilet and kitchen supplies).
- Complete and submit cleaning activity records on a monthly basis.
- Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working order and report any faults to the Senior Caretaker.
- Report health and safety hazards as observed during duties.
- Safely store cleaning chemicals and materials in accordance with COSHH regulations.
- Ensure office premises are left safe and secure when finishing shifts if last to leave.
Essentials:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements and COSHH regulations.
- Previous experience in cleaning commercial or office premises.
- Ability to lift and maneuver cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks while contributing to a team environment.

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
- You should have right to work in U.K
