What youll be doing:

• Collaborating closely with Financial Planners to craft clear compliant and technically accurate financial plans.
• Conducting deep product investment and platform research to support client recommendations.
• Producing meeting documentation and summaries that inform key client conversations.
• Helping deliver a consistent high-quality client experience from behind the scenes.
• Supporting implementation by working with administration and ensuring actions are followed through.
• Attending and contributing to Investment Committee meetings.
• Constantly learning from changes in legislation to improving internal processes.

Youre someone who:

• Has strong paraplanning experience and thrives in a technical detail-oriented role.
• Can communicate complex information simply and clearly both in writing and in person.
• Builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
• Is curious driven and takes pride in high standards.

Your experience & qualifications

• Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).
• Minimum 2 years paraplanning experience.
• Excellent knowledge of pensions investments protection and tax planning.
• Strong IT skills including financial planning tools like Voyant and Microsoft Office.
