Position: Fill Product Support with German
Location: Lisboa Portugal
Employment type: Full-Time
Remuneration: EU up to 1600/month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide technical and functional support for the companys products
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns about products
Resolve technical and functional issues related to products
Provide guidance and recommendations for product usage and configuration
Collaborate with development and quality teams to resolve issues and improve products
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on products and solutions to issues
Ensure a positive and satisfying customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in German and in English
Product knowledge
Problem-solving
Communication
Data analysis
Ticket management
Degree in computer science technology or a related field
