Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an AI Operations Manager fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Support to end users in using generative AI tools;
- Testing and analysing outputs from the AI by experimenting with different prompts;
- Embedding AI prompts into application and software for use in automating complex or repetitive tasks;
- Creation and management of collaborative sites wiki content management systems and M365 services (Teams OneDrive Business PowerApps PowerBI);
- Guidance and support users in the usage of collaborative sites wikis and CMS;
- Technical analysis of the business requirements in view of providing an adequate solution within the platforms available;
- Ensure coherence of the logical and physical structure of the collaboration spaces (confluence SharePoint CMS M365/Teams or within other custom Information systems);
Requirements
- University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing;
- Experience with AI/LLM librairies (e.g. LangChain PyTorch);
- Experience in crafting prompts for popular LLMs (ChatGPT Gemini Llama) to get desired outputs;
- Experience in embedding AI prompts into application and software for use in automating complex or repetitive tasks;
- Good knowledge and experience in Python programming;
- Experience with end-user guidance;
- Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g. Agile ITIL);
- Knowledge of business process analysis;
- Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring storage access and presentation elements;
- Excellent command of the English language.
