Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree or
Masters degree and 3 years of scientific experience or
Bachelors degree and 5 years of scientific experience
Preferred Qualifications:
A technical understanding of mass spectrometry and data analysis for quantitative proteomic research including DDA DIA TMT PTM analysis with an emphasis on proximity labeling and cell surface proteomics.
Demonstrated capability of troubleshooting and evaluating LC/MS performance.
A proven track record of scientific innovation and accomplishment in mass spectrometry and proteomics as demonstrated by a strong publication record and conference presentations.
Experience in cell surface proteomic approaches including enrichment methods such as cell surface capture and photo catalytic proximity labeling.
Function optimally in a team-based or collaborative environment as part of a highly integrated team possess excellent organizational verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate the ability to produce reliable and reproducible results.
Experience with automated sample handlers (e.g. Opentrons Agilent Bravo AssayMAP Kingfisher) or other high-throughput approaches.
Demonstrated capability of working with diverse sample types including cell lines tissues (mass-limited) biofluids and FFPE.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
