What Youll Do as a Pure Barre Instructor
As an instructor youll lead clients through fun challenging classes that blend ballet Pilates and strength training all choreographed to motivating music. Youll create an experience that keeps members coming back not just for the workout but for the energy and connection you bring.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and safe classes that follow Pure Barres method and choreography
- Master and memorize class formats to lead with confidence and fluidity
- Provide modifications and personal attention to support all fitness levels
- Keep the beat lead movements in time with music for a seamless class flow
- Foster a community-focused atmosphere where clients feel seen supported and celebrated
- Build lasting relationships with members to elevate their fitness journey
What Were Looking For:
- Background in barre ballet dance cheerleading group fitness or teaching
- Strong memorization and musicality you know how to feel the beat
- A natural leader and motivator who can command a room with clarity and warmth
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed
