Position: Auditor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Auditor to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Auditor you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of financial records and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and analyze financial statements reports and other documents to identify discrepancies and potential areas of risk
- Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Monitor and track the implementation of corrective action plans and report on progress to management
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance in all audits
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and provide support in implementing changes
- Assist with the development and maintenance of internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
- Conduct special audits and investigations as needed
- Provide support and assistance to external auditors during annual audits
- Train and mentor junior auditors on audit procedures and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 3 years of experience in auditing preferably in the healthcare industry
- CPA or CIA certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards procedures and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
