Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with various business units to achieve success with data initiatives and privacy program strategy.
• Privacy Guidance:Provide expert privacy guidance to cross-operational organizations as needed.
• Program Management:Lead cross-functional program management teams to identify areas of impact and drive project outcomes based on business direction while also influencing policy creation.
• Process Innovation:Create new business processes with minimal supervision and direction to modernize the privacy program.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Negotiate and build consensus among stakeholders in complex rapidly evolving multi-stakeholder environments.

• Project Management Skills:Exceptional project management skills with a passion for coordinating across various business units and departments.

• Technology Savvy:Capable of managing technical implementations and keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Project/program management data office or technical implementation experiences are a plus.
• Certifications: PMP and privacy certifications are a plus
