We are looking for:
Intern in Central and Eastern European Human Capital team
Your future role:
- Daily support for HR Business Partners
- Data analytics and visualisation
- Presentation preparation
- Administrative tasks within HR and financial systems (such as Workday).
Apply if you are:
- A student or a recent graduate eager to start and build a career within HR analytics
- Proficient in English and Polish
- Someone with strong analytical skills proficient Excel and excellent VBA knowledge
- Fluent with PowerPoint
- Open to sharing and receiving feedback eager to learn and willing to work in a diverse environment.
Nice to have:
- Good understanding of processes and ability to visualise them (e.g. MS Visio)
- PowerBi skills
- Interest in GenAI solutions.
