Were looking for a Polish-speaking Online Communication Specialist to help us build something great in Poland.
What youll do
As our Online Communication Specialist youll shape the voice of Lyko in Poland from homepage headlines to the final Add to cart click. Your mission To create content that connects converts and sometimes makes people laugh. Heres what your day-to-day might look like:
- Write translate and localize content for newsletters campaigns product pages Lyko Magazine and more always on-brand and tailored to your audience.
- Boost our SEO presence by making sure content ranks reads well and actually delivers results.
- Play with data run A/B tests check whats working and tweak our words so they hit harder (and smarter).
- Improve the customer journey by sharpening our tone across key touchpoints and suggesting small UX tweaks with big impact.
- Collaborate with the robots review and refine AI-generated product translations to sound more human and less AI.
- Support local marketing efforts co-own the campaign calendar and jump into cool projects like Club Lyko community building and local brand collabs.
The team
Youll be part of our local Polish team working closely with colleagues in our other markets as well as cross-functional teams in Sweden. Youll report to Magdalena Wasilewska Country Manager.
Our office is situated in central Warszawa. We are a small but growing team so building strong relationships and celebrating our wins together is super important for us. We aim for at least three days a week in the office with the flexibility to work from home on two days we call this business first.
Who you are
- A native Polish speaker with excellent English skills
- A confident communicator with a sharp pen and creative flair
- Driven curious and structured you thrive when things move fast
- Passionate about digital growth content and customer experience
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and juggling multiple priorities
- Into beauty or at least not allergic to lipstick emojis
What you bring
- Experience in copywriting translation or content creation (bonus points for e-com beauty or FMCG)
- A strong sense of branding and tone of voice and when to break the rules
- Basic SEO know-how or a healthy obsession with learning it
- A collaborative mindset and love for testing tweaking and trying again
- Tech-savvy and quick to pick up digital tools
