The PITCH
Were lucky that everyone within our walls thinks creatively shares a passion for building communities and understands the world of both big campaigns and social ACDs here serve a slightly different (and more senior) role than more traditional digital creative types but thankfully well never use the term digital ninja.
Are you based in Delhi/ NCR Geeking the creative world in the India market for 7 years now Oh well we could be meant to be --
Heres where you come in.
- Use your creative craft understanding of platforms and grasp of culture to solve marketing problems for a variety of brands.
- You have the most challenging role in the creative department as your duties are split between both doing the work as well as helping manage some of the work.
- You spend roughly 80% of your time working on solving briefs and 20% of your time managing projects under the direction of CD.
- You dont have an assigned partner so you often work alone with another creatives in the pod. And sometimes you partner with the CD. While other members of the pod do not technically report to you its expected that you help mentor them when possible.
You have the most challenging role in the creative department. You fulfill the duties of a creative writer but also help manage projects under your CDs discretion. #thenavysealsofcreative
Qualifications include
- Proven art direction writing and design skills of 7 years
- Strong understanding of ideas versus tactics
- Exceptional concepting ability
- Natural leadership tendencies
- Exceptional video production experience
- Great with feedback and revisions
