Qualifications
Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:

Role Designation Principal Consultant
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent foreign degree).
- Strong Analytical skills along with the knowledge of API tools. Able to work in collaborative environment and support the testing and dev team.
- Good Understanding of Agile and Kanban in requirements management tools like JIRA Confluence to document and track requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofMississauga ON (Canada)or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- Analyze an organizations processes and systems assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess the current state identify customer requirements and define the future state and/or business solution. - Research gather and synthesize information to support the analysis and design of processes and systems.
- Capability to identify issues evaluate alternatives and propose innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Strong product knowledge of virtual assistants chatbots Conversational Generative AI Agent Assist bonus if have Voice bot experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Takes initiative and has an analytical mindset makes data driven decisions always focused on driving value and elevating the customer experience in the product features being delivered.
