A downtown Buffalo law firm with a great company culture and generous benefits package seeks an Associate Attorney to join their Insurance Defense Team!
The successful Candidate will be responsible for handling a day-to-day caseload and client interaction.
Job Requirements
- One to three years of relevant experience with a focus in the insurance defense practice area.
- 1 years as a practicing attorney preferred but willing to train newly admitted attorneys
- Experience with real estate litigation/evictions a plus
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in research and writing skills and conduct depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills: a writing sample is required
