Responsibilities:
Review run times and set-up times in routers for accuracy
Edit update change and create routers in Oracle
Work with Machine Shop on developing the best possible router for machining and scheduling purposes
Conduct time studies to discover deficiencies and inefficiencies in current processes
Lead RCA efforts on NCRs and focus on methods to reduce scrap
Work with Manufacturing to improve processes
Work with Planning and Manufacturing to build an accurate production schedule
Lead continuous improvement efforts in the shop
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree (B.S.) in engineering from a four-year college or university
Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing/machine shop environment
Working knowledge of standard manufacturing processes and practices
Previous experience with Oracle ERP software is preferred
Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite
Demonstrated interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
