Front of House Team Leader
Nuffield Health Swindon Fitness and Wellbeing Gym Customer Services Permanent Full time
Up to 27477.10per annum depending on experience
40 hours per week

As a Front of House Team Leader at our Fitness and Wellbeing Club youll show lots of initiative and the confidence to lead and develop a team. Crucially youll be self-motivated with excellent communication skills that set you apart from everyone else over the phone and in person.
As a Front of House Team Leader you will:
Promote a friendly relaxing and professional environment.
Ensure that everyone who visits our club enjoys an exceptional and efficient service.
Manage and co-ordinate all training for the reception team to ensure all standards rules and regulations are followed and maintained.
Supervise all reception activities including all information given out all checkins and bookings.
Co-ordinate and manage reception procedures to ensure that all fees including guest fees are collected.
Ensure brand standards are maintained.
Promote effective communication throughout the club.
Actively seek to assist colleagues and other departments.
Manage appraise and interpret data information and /or situations.
