As Sentinel Property Group continues to grow we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investment Sales Associate to join our Investor Relations team. About the Role
As an Investment Sales Associate you will engage with High-Net-Worth investors and key financial stakeholders to promote Sentinels investment opportunities. You will play a crucial role in raising capital building long-term investor relationships and supporting the development of compelling marketing and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective High-Net-Worth investors to promote investment opportunities.
- Identify and approach Family Offices Wealth Management Platforms and Financial Advisors.
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing investments.
- Assist in developing accurate and persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
- Conduct market research and due diligence on investors and trends.
- Maintain compliance with AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations.
- Build and manage investor relationships encouraging reinvestment and referrals.
- Accurately maintain records of communications transactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising strategies.
Skills & Experience
- 2 years experience in a sales role ideally within real estate or investment sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Experience with CRM and unit registry systems.
- Ability to travel interstate for investor meetings.
- Self-motivated proactive and confident in client engagement.
- Experience in investor relations equity raising or related financial services is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field. (desired not essential)
