Job Description

Position: Territory Sales Northeast Kansas Region

Location: Ideally based in Topeka Lawrence Johnson County or Leavenworth KS


Position Summary

Were seeking a driven construction-savvySales Representativeto take over a thriving and high-upside territory that spans fromTopeka KS to north of Kansas City and down through southern Kansas Citywith flexibility based on where you live (were open to candidates within 50 miles of this core region). This is ahigh-earninghigh-referral andhigh-impactrole ideal for someone who knows construction values autonomy and thrives on building lasting customer relationships.


This territory is currently led by our top-performing sales rep whossold over 2000 buildingsand built an exceptionalreferral base and reputationin the region. With his retirement on the horizon were looking for someone to step in build on that foundation and continue growing this already-successful area.


What Youll Do

Youll manage the full sales lifecyclefrom qualified inbound and referral-based leads to quoting permitting customer qualification and support through final payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert a high volume of inbound warm and referral-based leads into closed sales
  • Meet virtually and in-person with customers to understand their needs and assess site conditions
  • Develop proposals using internal pricing systems and 3D design tools
  • Qualify customers and manage expectations to focus on serious buyers
  • Maintain CRM activity and follow-up in HubSpot within 24 hours
  • Collaborate with operations project managers and crews to ensure successful project delivery
  • Attend major trade events (e.g. State Fair 11-day event comp time included)
  • Build and maintain relationships in the community and among referral networks

  • Location: You live in or aroundTopeka Lawrence Johnson County or Leavenworth KS(or willing to relocate within 50 miles)
  • Construction Know-How: You understand post-frame or building materials from sales estimating or construction supervision
  • Sales Acumen: Youre confident personable and motivatedwhether or not youve worked in formal sales
  • Work Ethic: Youre self-driven and consistentthis role rewards persistence and responsiveness
  • Project Management: Youre capable of overseeing permitting site planning customer service and close-out
  • Tech-Friendly: Youre comfortable using CRM tools (like HubSpot) 3D modeling and digital quoting systems
  • Drivers License: Required (company vehicle provided)

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $40000/year
  • Commission: 2% of collected revenue per project
  • Paid in three installments
  • Commission kicker and bonus structure activates once annual sales exceed $2.5M

  • Typical reps: $115000$145000/year
  • Top performer: $200000 (current rep exceeds $250K with high hustle)
