Job Description
Housekeeper is responsible for performing routine cleaning duties to help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for all members of the Ravenscroft community. This position plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the campus by following established cleaning protocols and ensuring high standards of cleanliness across campus.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning and Sanitation
Perform routine cleaning of floors including sweeping dusting mopping vacuuming and spot cleaning
Remove trash and recycling from campus and dispose of waste in designated containers
Clean and sanitize restrooms including sinks toilets mirrors and floors
Restock paper products soap and other restroom supplies
Dust surfaces and clean windows glass doors and other touchpoints
Compliance and Safety
Follow all established cleaning procedures and schedules
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with instructions
Report any safety hazards equipment issues or supply shortages to relevant individuals
Team Support
Maintain a positive professional attitude while working independently or as a team
Communicate clearly with supervisor and coworkers to ensure smooth operations
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in professional cleaning preferred
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Dependability attention to detail and a strong work ethic
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 35 pounds
Work may take place both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions and during off-hours for events as needed
