Medical Biller
Full Time (40 hours weekly)
Monday Friday
No weekends or holidays
Keystone Pediatrics located in Chambersburg PA is seeking a dedicated and experienced medical billing professional to join our team. We specialize in providing top-notch pediatric care and are looking for someone who can help us manage our billing processes efficiently.
The Medical Biller responsibilities include utilizing specialty-related medical terminology. Perform and maintain a working knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT-4 coding principles governmental regulations protocols and third-party requirements pertaining to billing and documentation. Must be able to enter charges and post insurance payments accurately. Verify updated patient demographics and insurance information. Run weekly reports to track missing encounters. Ensure all services are documented in patient charts and services are coded according to services provided.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. One (1) to three (3) years related experience in an office setting. Proficiency in ICD-10 CM and CPT coding.Certified coder preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
