Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:
First of all- you will check completeness and quality of incoming declarations (According to agreed rules)
You ll contact suppliers in case of missing data (i.e. due dates)
Youll enter data into the appropriate Trade Compliance applications (for example SAP)
Youll complete article Master Data where required i.e. contact details goods description etc.
Youll cooperate with the global Trade Compliance team
Your Skills and Expertise:
Minimum English at B2 level
Knowledge of SAP master data (PTP OTC) S4Hana would be an advantage
Experience in a similar positionwould be an advantage
Analytical skills and attention to details
Ability to work within an European virtual team
Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders
