We are seeking a dynamic innovative and experienced Occupational Therapy leader to join our Adult and Aged Community Mental Health programs

Alfred Mental & Addiction Health is responsible for the operation of services which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.
The single most important goal of Alfred Mental & Addiction Health is to create an environment that facilitates clinical recovery supports individual recovery efforts and strives to minimise service system barriers to the recovery process.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for the clinical and professional development of occupational therapists and the co-ordination of occupational therapy services within the adult and aged community programs. You will maintain clinical occupational therapy standards within adult and aged community programs and promote and develop occupational therapy informed interventions research and evaluation.
