Location: 15498 K Road Mayetta KS
Pay Range: $18.68 - $30.52
Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Questions before applying
Role:
The Environmental Technician Intern provides technical and administrative support to water air climate pollinator waste and wastewater programs which may include field monitoring planning and implementation of community outreach activities and technical document review. In addition this position will help coordinate youth environmental and STEM outreach projects during the summer.
To qualify for this position applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Up to 6 months of volunteer academic or work experience in a community field or public environment.
Education: Current or recent student at a tribal college/university in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Science Ecology Geography)
